Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
By using skills.deepdoer.ai ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
Deepdoer Skills is a library of Agent Skills — instruction files and developer workflows that help AI agents and developers perform specific tasks. Some Skills are free; others are Premium and require a paid plan when purchasing is available.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Licence to use Skills
When you install or download a Skill you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it with your own AI agents for your own projects or your organisation's. You may not resell, redistribute or publish Skills (including Premium Skills) as a competing library, or share your account or CLI tokens with others.
Content that a Skill helps you generate belongs to you, subject to the terms of any third-party tool the Skill calls.
AI models and third-party services
Some Skills call or interface with third-party generative AI models and APIs (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini, and image/video synthesis models including Flux and Kling). Those third-party tools have their own terms of service, acceptable use policies, prices and rate limits, which are your responsibility to comply with when using your own API keys or integrated endpoints.
Acceptable use and prohibited content standards
You agree not to misuse the Service or use Skills to generate, distribute, or facilitate any harmful or prohibited content. Specifically, you must not use the Service to create or promote:
- Sexually explicit or NSFW content: pornography, sexually explicit material, non-consensual sexual content, or prostitution.
- Child exploitation (CSAM): any content that exploits, harms, sexualises or endangers children. Zero tolerance applies.
- Violence and gore: graphic violence, threats, incitement of physical harm, weapons manufacture, or self-harm promotion.
- Hate speech and harassment: hateful conduct, discrimination, bullying, stalking, defamation, or targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.
- Deepfakes and deceptive impersonation: non-consensual impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, or unauthorized likeness exploitation.
- Unlawful, malicious, or deceptive material: malware, phishing, exploit development, hacking, fraud, financial scams, or intellectual property infringement.
User reporting and content moderation
We take content safety and platform compliance seriously:
- Reporting channel: If you discover any content or Skill that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable laws, please report it immediately to support@deepdoer.ai with details and links.
- Review process: Our moderation team reviews all reported violations within 24–48 hours.
- Enforcement actions: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any infringing or non-compliant content immediately, issue formal warnings, and suspend or terminate accounts of repeat or egregious offenders without refund.
Payments
Paid plans will be described at checkout, including price, billing period and renewal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
The Service and all Skills are provided "as is". AI output can be wrong or unsuitable; review it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
